Service Coordinator

Salary: £18.54 per hour

Our client is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator. The role is based in Daresbury Park, Warrington WA4 4BT. (hybrid working) 

**The role is contract with a view to being made permanent within 3-6 months 

The Service Coordinator will join a friendly team to provide a prompt and efficient service to clients. You will be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

The Service Coordinator will ensure that service jobs are completed in compliance with the companies and customers’ standards, procedures, and policies. This individual is the primary point of contact for both the customer and our service personnel during the execution of the job.

Key Responsibilities
*End to end processing and management of client service jobs from set up, delivery, billing and closure.
*Ensures the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Spare parts teams and other internal and/or external teams.
*Scheduling service engineers, assisting their delivery of the service job.
*Organise deliveries of goods & test equipment to customers and deal with the necessary paperwork including any customs documentation.
*Ability to prepare quotes/ proposals

Requirements and skills
*Proven work experience as a Service Coordinator or similar role
*Strong work ethic and service skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong record-keeping and analytical skills
*Experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages
*Experience in SAP or similar use of ERP system

An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues

Desirable
Experience of working with CRM systems and creating Tenders/Quotations
