Motor Trade Service Advisor required in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

Approximately £18,000 Basic + Bonuses £24,000 OTE

Monday-Friday 8.00am-6.00pm

1 in 3 Saturdays 8.30am-12.30pm

We are currently seeking to recruit an Automotive Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a Main Car Dealer in Bury St Edmunds.

As part of our clients service team you will be responsible for:

• Meeting and greeting customers coming into the dealership
• Booking in vehicles, arranging alternative transport as and when required
• Workshop loading
• Liaising with the workshop and customer
• Providing quotations
• Advising the customer on any repair issues and costs, gaining authority for any additional work
• Promoting additional work, services and warranties
• Ensuring all vehicles are ready for collection as agreed
• Invoicing, arranging and taking payment

Full UK Driving Licence and experience in a service advisor position is essential.
