The Role
This an opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Structural Engineer to join a rapidly expanding office. You will have solid experience as a 3D detailer BIM Modeller and also have the aptitude to develop relationships with clients and promote the business. You will have proven experience of business development and be able to demonstrate the ability to build an engineering office.

Key Responsibilities
*Business Development.
*Developing relationships with clients and promoting and generating business.
*Prepare and take responsibility for concept and preliminary engineering solutions and detailed analysis/design of projects.
*Prepare technical reports and specifications.
*Work competently on an independent basis, as well as collaborating within the design team and leading the project structural design team.
*Communicate directly with external stakeholders.

Candidate Profile
*Substantial experience in structural engineering design.
*3D BIM modelling, Rebar detailing, scheduling.
*2D and 3D AutoCAD experience.
*Ability to accept a high degree of responsibility in a team-based organisation, combined with ability to work independently.
*Broad design knowledge from working on a wide range of projects.
*The applicant will need to have strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
