Senior Software Developer – Beckington (BA11)

  • Salary £40,000 – £55,000 DOE

Are you an experienced Senior Software Developer looking for a new challenge? Do you have excellent C#, Java, and Javascript skills? Do you also have skills in some of Python, C, C++, or SQL skills? Do you have experience of Software Design? And have you had a minimum 5 years’ experience as a Software Developer? If so, we have a new vacancy based at our Beckington office for a Senior Software Developer.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team working on customer projects across the MASS business, you will be expected to design, code, unit test and correct programs and scripts from agreed specifications to fulfil system use cases or user stories. You will have the opportunity to share your knowledge by coaching junior team members.

You should possess experience of working in the software development life cycle, ideally you will possess defence or national security domain knowledge. We are looking for someone with a good level of experience working with continuous integration and DevOps pipelines, and agile software development, as well as an appreciation of waterfall methodologies.
