Senior Site Manager – Plymouth
An opportunity has arisen to join a very well-established and reputable regional developer as a Senior Site Manager on a permanent basis for a scheme in Plymouth.
Working for a large business, you must have proven experience already with a national developer or accustomed to running large unit sites. You will need to be competent to deal with fast moving and challenging schemes whilst working to deadlines. This particular scheme is a development with a tight build programme!

Responsibilities:
• Supervising contracted construction workers
• Programming/Sequencing
• Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
• Maintaining quality control checks
• Motivating the workforce throughout the project
• Day to day problem solving
• Using specialist construction management computer applications
• Ensure compliance and Health and Safety Regulations are in place and met at all times
Requirements:
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• CSCS Card
• Relevant driving licence
