Senior Account Manager

The Company

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the world’s biggest water/wastewater companies who provide a range of services and products across the whole of the water and water treatment industry. Due to very substantial growth within the business, they require an experienced Senior Account Manager to manage, maintain and develop a expanding portfolio of client accounts across the Midlands.

The Role

 Deliver proactive account management to a portfolio of key accounts.
 Ensure contractual obligations are met on site.
 Manage the profitability of sites.
 Renew contracts.
 Actively develop any new sales opportunities that may arise.
 Manage the overall customer satisfaction of customers.
 Monitor feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with company products.
 Provide customers with information about company products and services.
 Maintain an awareness of product development amongst competitors.
 Plan and attend regular update meetings with clients.
 Manage ad-hoc queries and enquiries generated by account portfolio.
 Contribute to strategic planning in the selection of new business partners.

The Person

You should hold qualifications in Chemistry to at least degree level or equivalent.
Candidates must have substantial and demonstrable experience within a similar role. 
