Location: Swindon
Package: up to £80,400Basic + 20% Bonus + Car Allowance + Full Package
We are currently working with a 5* House Builder who is looking for a Senior Site Manager to take the lead on a large multi phased residential project in Swindon.
You will have the opportunity to work with a company that matches your desire to build high quality homes. You will be afforded the time and finances to deliver such quality.
As the Site Manager / Senior Site Manager, you must have experience of delivering 150+ unit projects, as No1 within the UK.
What they are looking for:
The ideal Senior Site Manager:
Will have a background in delivering new build residential schemes as No.1 on site either as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager; and be able to manage programmes & budgets and drive the site through to an exceptional quality finish. Managing subcontractors & liaising with internal and external bodies (NHBC etc) whilst ensuring health & safety is kept to the highest standard.
Senior Site Managers who have seen multiple projects from inception to completion would be ideal, along with experience working for large nationwide residential developers; capable of delivering projects to tight programmes.
You will be the lead on a 150+ unit project.
