Senior Site Manager- Residential New Build- South London
Henry Martin are partnered with a well-established, Tier 1 contractor who are seeking a motivated Senior Site Manager with new build experience. This contractor operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients. Project values range between £25Mil – £100Mil
As a Senior Site Manager you will be part of a team and will report directly to the Senior Project Manager. The project is an educational new build with a project valuation of £40Mil and is based in South London.
Your background will need to include a strong track record of helping to deliver successful £15Mil+ new build projects and experience with residential apartment builds is vital. If you are a Senior Site Manager, with a proven background of managing new builds and are keen to work for a progressive contractor, this opportunity will be of great interest.
