Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer

We are looking to recruit an ambitious, hard working and experienced Sales Negotiator who is keen to further their career. The ideal candidate will have two years experience working as a Sales Negotiator and have some knowledge of Valuing properties for sale. My client is a fast growing and dynamic estate agency who are keen to grow their work force by recruiting ambitious individuals. You must have a proven track record working for an Estate Agency to be considered for this vacancy. Duties include:

Arranging property viewings
Generating new business
Arranging Property Valuations
Negotiating property sales

Valuing and listing properties for sale
Working to set targets and maintaining high conversion rates
Keeping up to date with local market trends and competitor marketing strategies
Generating sales leads
You must have a minimum two years experience working in the property industry and you must have a proven track record working in a similar role.
