Senior Reservation Consultants

My Client has a number of exciting opportunities for Senior Reservations Consultants and Reservation Consultants to join our growing team based in Berkshire. Depending on experience you will receive a Salary: £26,000 – £28,800per yearcoupled with realistic On Target Earnings of £27,000 – £32,000. Our top Senior Reservation Consultants will earn in excess of these numbers.

My client has been providing an outstanding level of service and high quality serviced apartments for the corporate market for over a decade, delivering value, comfort and convenience for their guests. The serviced apartments, currently 305 within 19 locations in the South of England, provide a cost-effective alternative to a hotel for business, leisure or relocation and include everything our guests need to live and work.
They are looking for the next generation of Reservations superstars to come forward and help the company grow even further. They have new openings for Reservations Consultants and Senior Reservations Consultants.

In addition to their own branded properties in the South of England, they also offer a superb selection of network partner properties throughout the UK, providing a comprehensive range of accommodation services under one roof. With over 10 years experience in the serviced accommodation industry, we fully understand our guests’ requirements and consistently exceed their expectations.

Key tasks and duties for the Reservations Consultants are:

– Working in our lively contact centre, dealing with inbound business enquiries via telephone and email
– On average handling up to 15+ enquiries a day, selling yourself and our serviced apartments
– You will use your sales and influencing skills to convert enquiries into sales through cross selling and up-selling
– Recommending solutions based on information gathered on the telephone by email – including proposal writing
– Use your ability to build strong rapport and influencing skills to work towards targets

Key Skills/Experience required for the Reservations Consultant

– Passion for delivering amazing service and maintaining business relationships is essential as you will be dealing with Blue chip organisations and travel management agencies
– Experience of working within a challenging environment giving exceptional customer service on the Telephone
– Confident but approachable telephone manner and have the ability to convert bookings
– Experience of working within the Hospitality industry especially in serviced apartments, call centre or hotels
– Proven track record of working in a target sales based environment
– Evidence on working towards individual and team targets is important and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate this

The successful Reservations Consultants will work 5 days out of 7 on a full time basis between 7am-7pm (including shift and weekend work). In return you will receive above market rate salary with fantastic commission available and great scope for progression. Our top earners are expected to earn in excess of £26,000 – £28,800 +
