Senior Network Modeller

Senior Wastewater Modeller – South West – Permanent – £33,000 p.a to £40,000 p.a

STRIDE are currently representing an Engineering Consultancy who support in the delivery of water and wastewater projects who require a wastewater modeller, who will take on an important programme of model building covering the AMP6 delivery period.

Duties will include building and calibrating wastewater models using Infoworks ICM and the use of 2D. You will use models to develop outline solutions for supply, waste and/or development schemes to protect and enhance standards of service to existing and proposed customers. You should be comfortable report writing, project presentations and project management, liaising effectively with all other project stakeholders, including developers, operations and consultants. The majority of projects will involve wastewater networks, SuDs, surface water drainage and urban water courses.

Ideally, you will have a degree in engineering or with a strong scientific / mathematical background, together with significant experience in wastewater modelling (Infoworks ICM or CS) and chartered or approaching chartered status (CIWEM/ ICE preferred).

Candidates with lesser experience will be considered and assessed for potential to progress to a more senior role. In return you will enjoy a comprehensive salary and benefits package.
