Senior Recruitment Consultants / Consultants

Salary: £72,000 – £96,000 per year

My client is a small boutique forward thinking recruiter who specialise in the Industrial, Technical and Engineering, Commercial, Maufacturing sectors as well as other sectors, both temps and perms Staff are rewarded for their hard work and the MD encourages an excellent work/life balance culture throughout the whole company.

They have 5 established branches and are continuing to grow and attract the best talent within the Industry, due to securing some new contracts they now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant to join their busy Mansfield branch. You will be motivated to join an exisiting team of recruiters and thrive on chasing and winning new accounts/business.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a strong proven recruitment background within a high street sector and be used to dealing with high level clients and candidates throughout the East Midlands area

As a billing recruiter, you’ll be responsible for growing and developing your desk with the full support and guidance of the senior management team behind you. 

The person they are seeking will be money motivated and wish to grow their desk and move into a Divisional Manager role in the future, you will lead by example and will be responsible for driving your desk to its full potential. It is important that you possess the skills to build long term client and candidate relationships, a natural hunter for chasing and winning new business, and experience recruiting within temps or perms.

Experience Required

• A successful career within the recruitment industry as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant within your chosen sector, 
• Confident and resilient personality
• Great organisational and management skills and a flawless work ethic
• Strong communication skills
• Success within high street recruitment contract or perms
• A desire to succeed and to grow a desk/division as well as account managing exisitng business
