We have a wonderful opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Specialist Recruitment Consultancy based in Mumbles, Swansea. Offering a competitive basic salary and a unique commission scheme, this could be an excellent opportunity to grow a lucrative and rewarding career in recruitment.

It is essential that candidates are personable and feel confident communicating with both clients and candidates over the phone. You will be a driven and motivated individual, displaying a keen attitude to succeed and progress.

The successful candidate will be invited to join a friendly and supportive team and full extensive training will be provided guiding you through the full recruitment cycle.

Recruitment Consultant Duties

Proactive generation of vacancies by telephone and email canvassing
Management of the recruitment process from start to finish
Representing the company in a professional manner with a sense of responsibilty to all candidates and clients we work with.
Development of existing client relationships to improve repeat business and retain clients.
Development of your own market by proactive marketing drives, and structured canvassing and networking techniques
Advertising of all vacancies through various approved advertising mediums
Development of the existing database by exploring new companies and clients
Create succession in terms of personal billings in preparation for a move upwards or laterally
To behave positively at all times, to inspire those around you to achieve their goals consistently, whilst maintaining a fun and enjoyable work environment.
