You will be the type of recruitment consultant who wants to be known as the go to recruitment professional within your market sector and candidate base.

Ideally, you will be an experienced 360 Accountancy and Finance recruitment consultant, or you could be experienced in another perms professional services sector (HR, Legal, Technology, Sales/Procurement) and could transfer your skills to the booming Accountancy and Finance niche.

Build the perms or interims desk that suits you: transactional, qualified, or part-qual and leverage off my clients reputation across the area. You have a growth mindset and want to work with a team of recruitment professionals that are at the top of their game. Both are achievable here because your development plan is built with you in the lead. You will have your own territory to fully develop, with lots of warm client and candidate leads to start you off.
