The Construction, Energy, Property and Rail businesses are established divisions operating nationally from a network of local offices and an opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team.

The Opportunity

As Senior Consultant you will work with the Divisional Manager to agree and implement the business plan for the Energy Division.

Responsibilities will include:

Introduction of Barker Ross Energy to both clients and candidates
Develop new and existing relationships through a proactive and targeted business development strategy
Networking of candidates for your specific sector managing their Barker Ross experience
Placement of candidates in either temporary or permanent vacancies
Recruitment of new team members to the business

If you are an established Energy/ Gas consultant or an experienced recruiter looking to transfer to the Energy sector then this opportunity may be for you.
