Recruitment Consultant

Corr Recruitment require a fully experienced Recruitment Consultant for their logistics department.

Your main duties will be managing a large account supplying industrial staff but you will also be gererating new business in and around the area to complement this key account and off set workers during quiet periods.

The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and must be able communicate at management level and be reactive to changing situations, this role is fast paced so organization is key to delivering a successfull service.

Your main duties will include:

* Full account management
* Managing rota’s and covering incoming bookings
* Weekly site reviews
* Management information
* Resourcing/Interviews
* Advertising
* Complaints management
* Compliance
* Business development
* 360 degree management of temporary workers
* 5 from 7 on rota
