Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Small Works / Maintenance

This refurb & fit out contractor are currently looking for a Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Small Works / Maintenance, someone that can manage both the operations and commercial aspects of projects. This contractor manages a diverse range of fit out and refurb projects that tend to be fast paced, small in value but high in volume. You will be expected to manage your own accounts projects, be client facing and be able to price up small projects as well as manage through to completion, working with relevant sub contractors.…covering a multitude of refurbs within the leisure, commercial education & industrial industry would be an ideal background. This is a demanding but rewarding role for the right person.
