Senior Quantity Surveyor (Housing)

Salary: £60,000 – £72,000 per year

Senior Quantity Surveyor (residential). Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with project experience in new build housing projects?

Company details:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be joining a company established over 20 years ago who specialise in residential new build projects. They have delivered a diverse range of New Build, Refurbishment and fit out projects through out the UK

After major growth, they now a require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis in their Worcester office.

The Role:
In your new role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will report into and work closely with the Commercial Director on new build residential projects of values up to 5m in value.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will have experience of managing a small team of Commercial staff

Skills:
You will have a Degree / HNC/HND or be working towards a qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction, with a similar background working for a housing developer. You will have an eye for detail, an organised nature be motivated and ambitious.

Salary:
£50,000-£60,000 + Car/Allowance, alongside the opportunity to work closely with a skilled and experienced commercial Director

This is a real opportunity to progress to Director level within a short space of time. The commercial Director started out as an Assistant and so knows promotion from within really works
