Salary: £26,000 per year
A new and exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor has arisen. My client is a niche consultancy company in London. Following the rapid growth of their retail sector, they are now looking for an experienced PQS to work on large retail projects. Typical project sizes range from £150K to £1.5 million in value.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the cost management of a fast paced roll out programme. You will report directly to the client and will manage a small and highly successful team.
The candidate
MRICS or approaching APC
Minimum 2 years experience
Strong commercial acumen and market awareness
Ability to build strong and effective working relationships
Ability to work on your own initiative
