Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with Cost Consultancy / PQS experience for a well known Multidisciplinary consultancy organisation. This permanent role will be based from their Offices near Cambridge ( homeworking for some of the week if desired). Our client are flexible to arrangements.

Requirements for the Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant.

* A Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying would be ideal.

* Experience with a Cost Consultancy /PQS organisation

* Experience of Mixed Use Commercial Residential or Education projects, or a mix would be ideal.

* Ideally Located in the Cambridge area or looking to relocate to the area.

* Circa 3-7 years experience as a Cost Consultant ( this is an intermediate level role) candidates will be encouraged to grow within the organisation

* Ideally our client would like a Chartered candidate MRICS or someone who is currently undertaking APC for Chartered Status

Our client is very flexible on salary as the requirements above are varied in terms of experience. So if you fall outside the stated salary banding then we are happy to discuss this with you.
