Salary: £420 – £480 per day
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a £40m turnover Main Contractor on a freelance basis. Quantity Surveyors are required on £12m new build school in Grays, Essex. Quantity Surveyors will need to have a strong handle on groundworks as this project has a sizeable groundworks package. Quantity Surveyors will be based on site 5 days a week. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a Main Contractor that operates nationwide, projects include £8m new build school, £1m community building refurbishment, £17m new build development. Quantity Surveyors will be expected to have a solid background in main contracting and confidence to manage projects on their own. The role will be reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor for the business.
Senior Quantity Surveyor – Key Skills
* Strong pre-construction experience
* New Build construction experience essential
* Strong groundworks experience
* Experience delivering education projects beneficial
