Senior Project Manager

Salary: £46,800 – £70,800 per year

Senior Project Manager required to join a dynamic and expanding Construction Consultancy based in
Southampton.

My client is a highly respected and well regarded consultancy with a strong presence right across the UK operating across the new build, fit out and refurbishment markets with a particular strength within Education, Health and Commercial. They are well known for the quality of their work and have an outstanding name among clients and employees alike working on some of the UK’s leading Private Sector frameworks.

In order to grow the business over the coming years they are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to be based out of Southampton. The Project Manager will be given the opportunity to work across a number of projects and will be the number one point of contact for the client. My client is also looking for people who they can progress to Associate level and beyond and will be given the opportunity to drive the business forward from a business and client development perspective.

The Project Manager must come from a consultancy or client side background and have experience running projects within the Private Sector. Membership of the RICS, MAPM or MCIOB is essential and a related degree is a must have. My client is offering a generous salary and benefits package as well as fantastic opportunities to progress.
