Project is design phase and construction phase of a large reinforced concrete multi storey car park on behalf of Network Rail adjacent to the operational railway at Guildford Station
The role is to work contractor side (principal contractor). The contractor will be delivering the car park on behalf of Network Rail’s development company
The design phase will last 22 weeks, followed by a construction phase of 55 weeks
Location for 22 weeks will be combination of Remote & office in Slough, then once into construction will be Guildford based on site. 
Some Network Rail interface experience required (asset protection etc) as it will be a network rail owned asset so need to understand their processes
Experience of delivering large civils structures – i.e. reinforced concrete
Experience of contractor side delivery – resource planning, mobilising works, preparing method statements, lifting plans etc. etc.
