Mechanical Project Manager
Aylin White have met with one of our longest term clients to discuss the future and things are looking exciting. The company is one of London’s best respected M&E contractors, turning over £120 plus this year and with a pipeline of work from the Tier 1 main contractors, covering high end residential, data centres, commercial infrastructure and fit out.
They have recently been instructed on a £20m M&E scheme in central London, a high end, complicated residential scheme. Preconstruction starts in the next three months and will last for eight months before a two year programme. This is a permanent role, but this is an indication of the planning you will be in charge of. They will build a team of internal, experienced engineers to support you.
will have experience of leading infrastructure projects of any sector up to at least £12m M&E. You will have a mechanical qualification, either trades or management and will have experience of dealing with Tier 1 clients and maintaining strong subcontract relationships. The leadership team is also looking for succession planning so a greater ambition is always welcome.
