Senior Product Manager Central London (2 to 3 days per week in office) | £96,000 to £120,000 base plus bonus and equity This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a core product at a critical growth stage. You will join a small, ambitious business moving from an MVP into a scalable, client-facing platform, with real autonomy to shape strategy, delivery, and impact from day one. The Company They are a founder-led technology business operating at the intersection of data, networks, and decision-making. Their platform connects senior professionals with investment-focused clients, enabling highly curated, high-value introductions. With a growing international footprint and a strong commercial model, they are now investing heavily in product maturity, automation, and AI-driven capabilities.
The Role Own the end-to-end product roadmap for a core platform, from discovery through to delivery Translate business, client, and user needs into clear product
requirements , epics, and priorities Lead the shift from internal tooling to a scalable, self-serve, client-facing product Reduce reliance on manual and spreadsheet-based workflows through automation and better UX Partner closely with Engineering to unblock delivery, manage trade-offs, and address technical debt Collaborate with Data teams to align product design with data quality, structure, and AI use cases Identify and embed practical AI and LLM-driven functionality into workflows and the product
experience Act as the day-to-day product contact for commercial teams and senior stakeholders Your
Skills and
Experience Strong commercial product management
experience within a technology or data-led environment Proven ability to own and prioritise a product roadmap in a fast-moving, agile setting
Experience working closely with Engineering and Data teams to deliver complex platforms Comfort operating in ambiguity and making pragmatic trade-offs Exposure to workflow automation, data products, or AI-enabled features Clear communication
skills and confidence working directly with senior stakeholders and users What They Offer Competitive salary of £96,000 to £120,000 depending on
