Senior Planner

Our client is a well established (major) building contractor that operates from a base in the Bristol area, covering the South West and Wales region. They carry out a range of building and refurbishment projects typically up to £100 million in value.

Due to expansion of the regional office and the award of a number of key projects they have approached us with the requirement to recruit an experienced Construction Planner to join their team.

Your role will involve carrying out a full planning function from pre tender stage through to handover. This will include Producing linked tender and construction programmes from quantities, method statements, identifying Key Performance Indicators, site logistics, compiling and contributing to submission documents.

Candidates will have a strong main contracting background as a Planner, and reside within commutable distance of the Bristol area.
