Salary: £26,000 – £29,400 per year
Senior Sales Negotiator needed to join a thriving residential sales department for a well-established and multi-office independent estate agency with offices throughout SE London and Kent.
With a good volume of sole-agency stock and a solid market presence, this is a busy and fast-paced independent estate agency that typically has 65+ sales instructions per month.
Salary & Commissions
* Salary: £26,000 – £29,400per year(based on experience and qualifications)
* Personal Commissions: TBC at interview stage
* OTE: £40,000+
* Car Allowance: £26,000 – £29,400(included in base salary
* Bonuses: TBC at the interview stage
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Sourcing new properties to sell
* Conducting market appraisals to win new instructions
* Remaining abreast of current property market conditions and duly advising vendors accordingly
* Producing reports to present to the director
* Maximising all opportunities
* Great communication skills/customer care
General Requirements:
* A minimum of 18 months of residential sales negotiations experience is required
* Local area knowledge of Kent and SE London is an advantage but not essential
* Full driving license and your own car is required
* Familiarity with legal sales processes and pertinent legislation
