Salary: £38,400 – £54,000per annum

Our client, a leading Investment Management Company, is looking for a competent, motivated, energetic individual who is interested in further developing their Professional or Financial Services career. This role requires strong communication skills, a caring attitude, collaborative approach and a positive, energetic disposition.

Summary of Responsibilities:
• Manage extensive international travel arrangements and collate travel itineraries
• Organise and manage travel and meeting logistics for multi-city international roadshows
• Track activity in CRM system and sales pipelines
• Manage diaries including meetings, conferences and video conferences
• Coordinate internal and external client meetings
• Maintain and update materials in support of business development activity
• Assist in preparation of meeting and briefing materials
• Generate complex expense & claim form submissions
• Assist with administrative & IT requirements
• Work closely with the US colleagues, as well as London admin team
• Support visiting US colleagues – including the company Partners – with their travel, meeting and social schedules

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years’ administrative assistant experience in a fast paced environment such as professional or financial services
• Genuine interest in Investor Relations and Financial Services
• Extremely well organised with the ability to multi-task, juggle workloads and meet deadlines
• Heightened attention to detail with a logical and analytical approach
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional time management with a motivated and proactive attitude, equally happy to take direction from Manager
• Ability to cope with high pressure situations
• Strong team player, thrives on interaction with Manager and colleagues
• Strong phone and written communication skills
• Professional, energetic, positive and collaborative
• Advanced typing speed with high level of accuracy and advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and MS Outlook
