£80 – 88 000 plus Car Allowance & Travel allowance, strong pension, healthcare, 20% bonus

We are working with a hugely respected. £250m turnover M&E contractor, a successful division of one of the biggest construction and infrastructure companies in the world. They have not only built some of London’s most recognisable buildings, but they have a reputation for pushing a strong wellbeing and healthy living agenda for their staff and the industry including trying to work out the hybrid working conundrum in the industry.

They deliver mainly commercial new build schemes, sometimes mixed use, but always with a strong commercial elements. M&E values are from £10-60m. They expect people to be involved from bid to completion, so you get the whole lifecycle.

You will have a trade or management qualification in mechanical and have helped deliver major mechanical schemes, whole project lifecycle. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will have experience handling coordinating, scheduling and managing the mechanical trades during the pre construction and commissioning. Someone who can commercially and operationally run a £96 – £105.6m mechanical package under an Operations Manager or Project Director. 

This is an expansion role so no defined project and you will learn the process and gain experience working alongside someone initially before getting your own scheme.
