£78 000 plus travel or £26,000 per year DOE (Outside IR35 LTD or umbrella)
Our client is a £15m turnover M&E install contractor, working under a reputable main contactor on a variety of projects. They have won two major schemes with the same main contractor and require a manager to assist running the site and help them deliver. The first scheme is in Denmark Hill which is £4.5m project commercial new build project.
You will be an experienced manager from either mechanical or electrical background and have experience working within an M&E environment. You will have delivered new build projects from beginning to handover. You will work closely with Mechanical Project Manager and Electrical Project Manager. These will help with anything technical outside of your background. Your duties will include strong paper work, handling all aspects of the logistics, development and optimisation of site logistics solutions to meet the needs of the project, overseeing construction site and ensure a high level of quality and safety.
