Salary: £600,000 per year
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Site Manager to join a highly respected M&E Building Services contractor on Permanent Contract. The company provide Mechanical and Electrical services across multiple sectors from design through to installation and commissioning, with Contract values ranging from £500k up to £12m.
Key skills and experience required….
* Experienced Mechanical Site Manager / Construction Manager or Mechanical Site Supervisor working within the M&E Building Services sector is essential
* Proven track record of site managing multi-million pound projects
* Manage Sub-Contractors and Site Staff
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong management skills
* Ensure Projects are delivered on time
* Relevant Qualifications and Certificates
* Good level of IT skills
You will be responsible for site managing a project based in the London area, and once or twice each month you will be required to spend a day at Head Office in South Hampshire.

* Base salary: £600,000depending on experience
