Salary: £96,000 – £108,000 per year
Aylin White are working with a £600m turn over main contractor that specialise in high end residential and commercials projects across the UK to help recruit a Senior M&E Manager / Building Services Manager for a £20mil heavy engineering refurbishment to Cat A project in Ealing.
The PCSA starts in December and the project will be going on for circa 2 years – we are looking for someone with pre-construction experience looking after contracts, bidding & someone able to sit down with the client to go through queries.
Roles / Responsibilities
* As a Senior M&E Manager you will be dealing with the PCSA at the start of the project looking over the contract, bidding & design queries with the client.
* You will oversee the installation on the project while liaising with to M&E managers that will report into you.
* As the Senior M&E Manager you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery.
* You will Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that clients and Company health, and safety policy and process are effectively implemented across both company and subcontractor’s activities.
Key Skills & Abilities
* Strong experience dealing with pre-construction where you have looked after the contract & bidding.
* Ideally Degree qualified.
* Experience on a similar sized project where you have seen it from pre-construction to handover.
