Essential Skills

·Minimum of around 5 years Java development experience

·Understanding of Spring, struts, JPA, OSGi

·Constantly be learning new technologies

·Have some knowledge of the coming Java 8

·Understanding of TDD or BDD

·Good understanding of Linux or Unix

·Client facing approach

·Understanding of hardware hacking either commercially or otherwise

Non-Essential

·Experience of Atlassian Tools

·Exposure to other programming languages

·Experience as a Java consultant
