Senior IT Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £54,000 – £60,000 per year

Our Midlands based tech recruitment client has recently invested in the opening of a London office and is looking for a number two for the head of perms. They are very well established (30+ yrs) and have hired a fantastic BD-led leader to head up the London offering so this promises to be an exciting role for someone who thrives in `start-up` scenarios. The difference here is that you already have long term clients to work with!

Ideally you will;

• have a min of 2 years experience in tech recruitment
• evidence a solid track record of billing
• be willing to work hard to help grow a small business
• be able to take advantage of existing relationships whilst bringing in new business
• do more than `just` recruit – strategise, help with growth, get your hands dirty!
• be ready to grow a team and take on more leadership (training/developing/BD etc)
