Senior IT Product Manager (Carrier)

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading ICT firm who are looking to hire a senior IT Product Manager to focus on working with Carrier customers across the UK.

Job Responsibilities:
– Support account teams to seek out, identify and develop business leads in the UK
– Analyze carrier customer’s financial situation, business strategy, and IT platforms.
– Identify customer’s pain points, provide corresponding proposal with business case and technology solution.
– Promote IT products including storage, server and cloud solutions to carrier customers
– Achieve annual sales target E2E – From lead to closure
– Responsible for solution proposal, RFx response, solution clarification, high level scoping, etc.
– Contribute on marketing strategy and pipeline management
– Understand competitors view and relevant solutions/products in IT area;

Qualification requirements:
– Bachelor/Engineering degree;
– Minimum 8 years experience in IT sector (server, storage and cloud computing) of which 5 years as Technical Sales;
– Familiar with UK Carrier IT market – Good understanding of trends and opportunities.
– Relationships with key IT domain customers;
– Good knowledge of carrier business in UK;
– Strong customer relationships with key carrier accounts in UK
– Successful pre-sales experience working with large IT projects
– Good understanding of IT architecture and technical trends in IT area;
– Experience delivering presentations, good communication skills;
– Lead multidisciplinary team of people from different departments;
– Results orientated, forward thinking, information sharing, effective communicator, good networker, team player.
