Senior HR Manager – Team Lead

Plus HR Limited is looking for a Senior HR Manager to join our existing team of HR professionals and provide leadership of a team within that group, supporting clients.
Your remit will include responsibility for providing services personally to some retained HR clients, and to delivering ad hoc HR projects to a range of other clients. HR advice will be in line with up-to-date UK legislation and best practice methods.

The Senior HR Manager will be a member of the management team of PlusHR and be expected to contribute at both a strategic and operational level in order to identify HR priorities and recommend appropriate people management solutions to support PlusHR and client requirements. They will also be responsible for developing PlusHR’s business, by liaising with existing clients, to identify where they may benefit from additional services, meeting potential new clients to discuss the range of services, and reviewing or contributing to new business proposals.

Flexibility is required of the person in this role. Key duties will be carried out at base office in London, at client sites, over the phone and by email.
