Required for an Internationally recognised Industry Leader.

A highly motivated Field Service Engineer / Senior Engineer / Team Leader or Senior Engineer from an Electrical / Mechanical Engineering background required for an international conglomerate to work as a regional / area Service Manager for one a established and internationally recognised Manufacturer of a variety of entrance solutions and lifting equipment. A proven leader with success in Team leadership will take on this exciting role with the view to develop into a more responsible position longer term which will lead larger teams.

Leaders in the industry of Automatic Door System, Industrial Door and Lifting equipment the opportunity can be just the start as the scope to progress will be entirely with in the individuals drive to succeed.

Hands on Electrical/Mechanical/Technical Service / Supervisor Engineering Supervisor responsible for a small team of multi-skilled field engineers and the relationship management of customer / portfolio in there geographical area required to cover the Hampshire/Buckinghamshire/ West Sussex/Portsmouth.

£29k – £31k Basic OTE £50k with Call out, overtime and Weekend work plenty for those wishing to earn above and beyond.

Job Description:

You will be home based field Service engineer with the added responsibiltiy of supporting and leading a team of 6 engineers, this role will be combination of leadership and relationship management and hands on Field Engineering working with a mix of customers in both the private and public sector on commercial and industrial customers Door Sytems and affiliated security and axcess systems.

You will be the first point of contact to all your engineers/ repartees with in your responsibility, providing support, guidance, training and development in line with company expectations at all times.

You will also fulfil your role as a team member attending to breakdowns and provising an efficient Service Solutions to the customers in your geographical region.

Requirement:

Proven track record of achieving with some senior responsibilty as an engineer or the ability and strong desire to do so. Service Supervisory experience desirable

Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering background, with strong diagnostics in both engineering principes.

Previous experience of working with similar customer base Ideal.

Previous experience of Entrance Solution (Industrial / Automatic, Pedestrian Doors System, Passanger & Materials Handling ) ideal

Good command of the English language

You must be an articulate and organised able to manage your own day, targets and workload

Self motivated and able to work from hom

Clean UK Licence

Clean Criminal Record and the ability to pass an in depth CRB
