Senior HR Business Partner (Hrbp)

Salary: £78,000 per year

We now have an engaging opportunity for an experienced strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join our global People Team! This is a hybrid and flexible position working between your home and our office.

As an HRBP you’ll be enabled to explore new ways of working in an everchanging organization. You will have the opportunity to develop solutions for organization design and workforce planning, support change and acquisitions, and drive employee engagement initiatives.

You’ll support a growing client group of 250 colleagues and the Leadership team within a business area. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment then you would enjoy working in this capacity as our groups continue to scale up, and a key part of the role is ensuring we meet the strategic goals of the people talent plan.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building strong relationships, gaining an in-depth knowledge of employees and business processes.
• Partnering with key business leaders to fully understand their business drivers and people requirements and to build their understanding of and commitment to the HR strategy, policies and processes
• Supporting the business with managing organizational change, workforce planning, wellbeing, and restructures
• Partnering with business leaders to drive engagement action planning, diversity & inclusion initiatives and building solutions to address employee attraction & retention
• Partnering with the global Recruitment team to support the recruitment of new talent, providing expert advice and recommendations to support hiring decisions and participating in the recruitment of senior roles.
• Communicating and building commitment to performance management policies and processes into the business, supporting continuous improvement and the HR strategy of global high performance
• Partnering with the Professional Learning & Organizational Development team to support the delivery of the Talent & Learning strategy e.g., by providing delivery support on relevant training workshops, and with Employee Survey output activities, to build a culture of development and engagement and to ensure the business is positioned in the industry as an Employer of Choice
• Leading HR projects to support the global people strategy and corporate objectives

What we’re looking for:

• Solid HRBP experience with a particular emphasis on Project Management, Organizational Design and Change, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Recruitment, and Engagement Survey and Action Planning.
• Experience in talent planning/succession planning 
• A strategic mindset with experience partnering with senior leadership teams to support with commercial decision making.
• Experience working across different time zones and cultures, preferably within a global organization
• Good grounding in employment legislation, equal pay and redundancy, TUPE experience a plus
• The ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders
• An appreciation of the value of metrics & analytics in driving HR decision making
• Experience coaching senior leaders, acquisition integration and experience with cross functional teams would also be advantageous
