Senior / Lead Frontend Developer will need the following skills:
To be expert in JavaScript/HTML/CSS,
Thorough understanding of jQuery and how to use it efficiently,
Experience with ‘MVC’ Javascript frameworks such as Backbone and Ember,
Working knowledge of PHP,
Analytical approach to prioritising and solving interface problems,
Informed opinions on how to grow a sustainable frontend code base
Experience maintaining a consistent visual identity

Beneficial
Demonstrable experience working with large and complex systems
Experience of A/B and multivariate testing
BDD (Cucumber/Behat)
Good taste in web design
