Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per year
Our client is currently recruiting an experienced Senior Estate Agent / Valuer for their branch in Corbridge. Our client specialises in high end property and are looking for a highly professional and self motivated Estate Agent / Valuer to join them in their continued success.
The successful candidates will have a proven track record in estate agency and be fully competent in all aspects of the business from valuation, preparing particulars, negotiating, to seeing sales through to completion. Although the positions will be primarily based on pitching and managing clients and contacts, the individuals must be computer literate and capable of estate agency administration tasks.
You will have excellent levels of written and verbal English and will be comfortable dealing with people at all levels. Previous of dealing with mid to high end properties is essential. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and skill set with OTE of £42,000 – £48,000.
