Senior Engineer – Vehicle Dynamics & Simulation

Salary: £50,400 – £74,400 per year

Expleo is currently supporting one of the finest design teams in the automotive industry, a brand renowned for their unique and futuristic vision for the future of supercars. Our client is currently looking for a Senior Vehicle Dynamics & Simulation Engineer to join a Design, Development and Engineering team in Surrey on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have an extensive background in CAE and Simulation and strong knowledge around virtual vehicle dynamics and assessment skills. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the Vehicle Dynamics CAE and development work including, concept design work, testing and vehicle dynamics team.

For the position of Senior Vehicle Dynamics & Simulation Engineer, Expleo are looking to speak to candidates with:
* Sports car experienced preferred however not essential, a broad range of experience with vehicles would be advantageous.
* Experienced user of MotionSolve, ADAMS, AMEsim software.
* In depth knowledge of vehicle dynamics development supported by a thorough theoretical understanding of vehicle dynamics
* Knowledge of physical vehicle tuning techniques.
* Practical experience of virtual and development vehicle projects including high performance vehicles.
* Detailed analysis and test report writing.
