Senior Digital Designer (Fashion)

This is a great opportunity for a senior digital designer to really make their mark within this cutting edge footwear brand

You’ll be a hands-on and strategic thinker with extensive experience in conceptual and digital design across all channels. The go-to person for mobile, tablet and desktop, responsive, content and social design, customer experience and customer journey, you’ll have the ability to drive conversion and engagement through creative excellence.

Duties include –

Ownership of creative output across all digital channels

Lead and inform design on new and future design/retail trends for mobile, tablet and desktop, responsive, content and social Line manager for digital design team – undertake reviews, 1:1’s, drive create standards, enhance productivity

Brand ownership through all digital channels

Best practice from a process, team, creative or technical view to ensure the department is continually world class and that productivity is at its highest Work with Design Director to lead and inspire creative output – mentor, inspire and motivate on current and future trends, new ways of working and competitors

Work with other managers to ensure a collaborative and seamless output which is on brand, timely and within budget

Art direction of digital photoshoots

Creation and presentation of storyboards and concepts.

Work closely with teams to define consumer needs, market insights, business cases, technology and experience opportunities for digital

The Person –

Digital fashion industry experience

Management of junior designers in the past Ideally to have come from an agency and in-house background (so you can keep up with fast paced environment, confident in presenting to clients and understand in-house processes and approvals)

Need to be socially savvy ( so if you blog or do any cool things on the side it would be awesome to hear about them )

UX knowledge

Essential for the digital design (emails, banners, product stuff online) but could also have experience in graphic design

Tech understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript

5 – 7 years’ experience
