The Role

On behalf of a renowned multi-disciplinary Developer based in Surrey, Zone Recruitment are handling the search for an experienced, hands-on individual to run both the Commercial and Construction Management elements of c.60 Residential and 4 Commercial new-build units across 2 Sites.

The role will focus upon preparation of the programme, assessment and selection of tenders / sub-contractors, oversight and supervision of the works.

Remuneration

Negotiable package to attract the best, with a basic salary element likely to be within the range of £84,000 – £96,000plus extensive benefits.

The Successful Candidate

Significant Residential New-Build experience within Developers and/or Main Contractors and/or Consultancies, with a working background and expertise covering both QS / Commercial and Build / Construction functions is essential.

Ambitious, capable and credible, with the gravitas to lead a high-quality project.
