Salary: £44,400 – £48,000 per year

Landmarc, a world leading provider of integrated support services to the military, offers exciting opportunities for talented people to join our team.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our thriving business at Landmarc, based at West Tofts Camp. The Project Manager is responsible for the management of the Injected project works across the East region.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for multiple projects up to the value of £1 million and make sure they are delivered on time and to budget.
Primary duties:
* Take the lead on fee earning projects
* Design and develop client brief, establishing the preferred options
* Responsible for CDM compliance
* Oversee the design and delivery of project works including project planning
* Liaise with statutory bodies to gain relevant approvals and permissions
* Identify and manage project risks
* Financial responsibility for all Additional Works
* Ensure that the agreed profit percentage is made on all projects
* Manage and administer supply chain contract
* Liaise with all relevant parties involved in the project, including clients, sub-contractors and the internal FM team
* To complete all relevant project documentation
What you know
* HNC or equivalent in construction or project management, or equivalent and proven experience
* Minimum of foundation level in any of the following PRINCE2, APMP, PMQ, Agile, PMP, MSP, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management
* Knowledge of health and safety and must include a minimum of IOSH
* Knowledge of Project type work from construction or hard facilities management
* Knowledge of workload scheduling and order processes, preferably in a multi-tasking environment
* Knowledge of NEC3 contracts (desirable)
* MOD Contracts and MOD requirements (desirable)

* Ability to manage complex, full life cycle projects
* Demonstratable experience in delivering projects up to £1million
* Deliver projects to tight deadlines
* Able to interpret budgets and contract requirements
* Health and Safety standards are met
* Strong negotiating skills
* Strong communication skills
* Project management experience
* IT Skills including MS Project
* Manage and work with contractors
* Budgets and contract requirements
* Work with the CDM regulations and HSE requirements
