Our client is a long established and respected main contractor operating across the Industrial and Commercial sectors. The company build warehouses, factories and commercial buildings.
They are now looking to recruit a high calibre, career minded Project Manager with steel frame warehouse and factory experience to join their team initially on large scale industrial projects in Suffolk. Project values are in excess of £15 million with one following on from the other giving continuity of work. This is a site based role which would suit candidates that take ownership of the project delivery.
Their ideal candidates will already possess:
* A minimum of 5-6 years project manager experience.
* A background with main contractors.
* Industrial project experience.
* Drive, ambition and career minded – there is great potential for growth with our client.
* Stable career history – ie Good length of service.
* Degree qualified.
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are essential
