Senior Building Surveyor
Location: London, West End or City
Amida are currently looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join a growing West End or City Building Consultancy team providing the spectrum of commercial consultancy advice across a diverse client base of predominantly private sector clients.
The role will mostly be focussed within Central London, however there is opportunity to work throughout the UK and Europe.
As a Senior Building Surveyor, You will be fully engaged in all aspects of commercial Building Surveying, from inception and negotiating scope of services with Clients, to carrying out the required professional services and delivering the project.
Commercial Building Surveying service experience to include:
* Due Diligence
* Construction Monitoring
* Contract Administration
* Planned Preventative Maintenance
* Dilapidations and Exit Strategy
* Fire Insurance Cost Assessments
* Party Walls (previous experience not essential)
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play an active part in business development, and have a good grasp of commercial Building Surveying. This consultancy recognises commitment, initiative, decision making ability and hard work and rewards accordingly.
