As a result of continuing growth, a vacancy has arisen within one of our clients for a Senior Building Surveyor / Senior Project Manager. We are interested in applications from client focused, talented, flexible individuals with experience of working in progressive design-led practices.

The Role:

You would be involved with projects ranging in size from small refurbishments through to new build schools from project inception to completion and beyond. You would be expected to take a proactive lead role co-ordinating design team and contractors and advising clients in all aspects of their property. Experience working within schools would be an advantage. Candidates would be expected to take a pro-active role co-ordinating and leading the design team and contractors and advising clients in all aspects of their property.

Ideal Candidate:

Project management knowledge and experience is of equal importance to that of building surveying.
3-4 years experience is preferred
Candidate needs to be confident, capable and experienced in undertaking both building surveying and project management.
Experience working within schools would be an advantage.
