A well-established multi-disciplined construction consultancy is looking for a Building Surveyor to be based in their Colchester offices.

As a leading consultancy that provides Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying and Project management, they are able to provide clients with a range of specialist services in the construction and property sectors.

The Building Surveyor would join a small professional team, and be given a wide range of duties, including but not limited to;

* Contract Administration and Project Management
* Dilapidations, Measured and Condition Surveys
* Defect Analysis, Party Walls and Specifications

The Building Surveyor will work with industry leaders and household names, along with schools, local authorities, hospitals and other private individuals.

This is the opportunity for a Building Surveyor to gain knowledge in a varied range of sectors, along with a wide variety of professional knowledge.

The Building Surveyor will be gifted the opportunity to complete their APC, with the help and support of a number of existing chartered Building Surveyors.

The Building Surveyor will ideally be newly chartered, or close to becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor and have;

* Experience in the above names duties
* Working experience in a similar environment
* An RICS accredited degree
* A driving license as some travel may be required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
