Senior Authorised Person: Power

Our client is a well-established leading Utility company. Due to an increase in workload within the London area our client is looking for a Senior Authorised Person.

Key Essentials:

* As a Senior Authorised Person you will need to be currently working on or have recently worked on either Distribution or Private Networks and hold relevant Authorisation

* Your role will involve Switching on both Low and High Voltage Systems up to 33Kv on both Major Projects and Cable Diversions

* You will be responsible for overseeing General Maintenance and Overhauling of Switchgear is carried out within Health & Safety guidelines

* Your role will involve Diagnostic discharge testing of High Voltage switchgear and Protection tests on switchgear relays

* You will be required to carry out Site Inspections and will be responsible for Jointers workloads to ensure that they gain adequate experience enabling them to carry out their duties

* Your role will involve regularly liaising with the client’s representatives and operational management

* As a Senior Authorised Person you will be responsible for ensuring that targets and KPI’s are met

Requirements:

* It is essential that you currently hold Senior Authorised Person status on Private or Distribution Networks

* You will ideally hold relevant Electrical accreditation with experience of networks

* You should be fully proficient in Health & Safety regulations and ideally be certified to IOSH / NEBOSH level

* This is an excellent position in a rapidly growing company that offers a salary of up to £78,000+ Excellent Package
