Description The Senior Associate will be: Advising on a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A and private equity deals Supporting clients on joint ventures, restructures, and strategic business matters Playing a key role in managing transactions from inception to completion Building and maintaining strong client relationships Supporting junior team members and contributing to team development Profile The successful candidate will be a Senior Associate with: 5+ PQE in corporate law Experienced in M&A, private equity, and general corporate transactions Commercially astute with strong technical knowledge Confident in client-facing roles and managing complex matters A team player with strong communication and organisational
